TriNet will offer HQ’s entrepreneurial community of nearly 350 companies at locations in Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte bundled HR solutions, including access to healthcare benefits.

This partnership with TriNet provides the early and growth-stage startups at HQ Community enhanced operational support and functionality so they can focus on growing their ventures. HQ members can now directly interact with the TriNet team and learn about TriNet’s wide range of services, including risk mitigation, compliance support for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), workers’ compensation, top-tier ACA compliant benefit plans, payroll and tax administration and HR guidance. HQ companies will be able to work one-on-one with TriNet’s expert HR professionals during on-site office hours at HQ Community locations, to learn about products and services, including benefits, available via TriNet’s cloud-based platform.

Through this impactful partnership, HQ Community and TriNet will provide growing companies across the Southeast with the resources they need to scale and succeed in a competitive landscape.

Says Todd Olson, Founder and CEO of Pendo:
“When I founded Pendo, the first things I did was join HQ Raleigh and sign up for TriNet. Both have been invaluable partners in helping us attract and retain top talent. These resources give us the time and efficiency we need to focus on building and selling our products. Now at nearly 50 people, we are still a member of HQ and a TriNet customer and both partners continue to help us focus on scaling our company."

TriNet provides HQ startups with a full-service HR solution so they can free themselves from the complexities of HR and focus on their goals. As their trusted HR business partner, TriNet assumes many of the responsibilities of being an employer and helps these companies contain HR costs, minimize employer-related risks and relieve the administrative burden of HR. TriNet offers bundled HR products tailored by industry and strategic HR services, resulting in a comprehensive and empowering solution. Additionally, TriNet lets HQ startups access health benefit plans typically unavailable to smaller businesses.

Says Jack Speece, executive director for channels and alliances at TriNet:
“Pendo and other companies in the HQ Community are America’s innovation-drivers. While these entrepreneurs focus on growing their companies, our mission is to power their business success by providing extraordinary HR through best-in-class technology, great benefits and an exceptional team of HR talent. We are proud to be part of the HQ Community.”
